To all our Generation Kikaida Friends and Sponsors:
The month of January was filled with exhilaration and anticipation as we barnstormed through Shirokiya, Borders, the JCCH, WalMart, Costco and Tower Video on Oahu, for the autographing of the Kikaida DVD Vol. II. As it was with the release of DVD Vol. I, there were crowds everywhere, and fans were still buying Vol. I which means, a lot of them did not know about the DVD.
My personal thanks to the GK Crew (bunch?), the Lunas who provided costumes, the stores who were brave enough to invite us over, the staff at Mountain Apple Company and the JNP staff. Ban is always impressed with the sincerity of the Hawaii people, 3 generations at that, and the fans who held on to precious memories. The teamwork, and love and respect for each other keep us all together. The last stop for the autograph sessions was Hilo Borders, and the line went on, non-stop. KWXX was there to do a live broadcast, and it was indeed a deja vu for me, and probably Ban too, as a lot of faces that we saw as kids 29 years ago, were there, standing in line with kids of their own! Ban is grateful for the warm aloha extended to him each time.

JNP Boy Genius Robby is hard at work on subsequent volumes, Chance is busy writing, Erwin and Seri are constantly working on new art work, and Yuko manages this website. Bob supervises, Kris takes mail orders, and Karen, Ruby, Dean, Darci and Steven keep KIKU and the rest of JNP business in line. After all, we have bills to pay, and can't have too much fun with Kikaida!
